What is an Infrared Thermographer?
An Infrared Thermographer is one that utilizes Infrared technology to see the thermal energy emitting from the surface of an item. Based on this information, a thermographer can identify possible trouble areas: whether it might be caused by missing insulation, a loose connection, a leaky roof, a shaft not properly aligned, or a bearing that might be going bad. In many cases, if the problem is spotted soon enough, you can prevent a minor issue from turning into a major issue.
